By accessing or using LaunchArena ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service
LaunchArena allows companies ("Hosts") to run internal competitions where employees evaluate industry-specific tools submitted by product founders ("Founders"). Users must be authorized employees or founders to participate.

3. Data Ownership & Export
- Hosts may request a export of their competition data.
- Hosts **may not** share free trial or discount codes with non-employees.
- Founders acknowledge that employees may use their products for testing and feedback.

4. User Data
We collect and process user-provided data, including names, emails, roles, and product review data (upvotes, downvotes, comments, feedback). We also use non-personal data such as web cookies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Restrictions
- Users may not misuse the Service or violate any applicable laws.
- Unauthorized data scraping, sharing, or external distribution of platform content is prohibited.

6. Disclaimers & Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in courts within the USA.

8. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified via email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
